Year 11 students will undertake a series of practice examinations during the weeks 26th November-10th December.
Exam timetables have been given out in form time.
All students should bring correct equipment, including a black pen, pencil and ruler. Calculators should be brought for days when they are required.
Students must arrive to school at the usual time, and line up as for assembly if they have morning exams.
It is vital that students are well prepared and spend time revising for their examinations. These examinations are extremely important as they will allow staff to identify current performance and support students in achieving their best possible GCSE grade.
The time leading up to exams can be stressful for students, parents and carers. Being well-prepared can help alleviate this anxiety and help students to make the most of their examinations. So how can students revise better? Which techniques really work, and which don’t?
