To our new Year 7 students

To our new Year 7 students.

Good morning, I hope you have had a lovely week. It was lovely to see so many of you join our virtual sessions yesterday. I hope you enjoyed them. Miss McPhee, Mrs Taylor-Hamblett, Mr Gutteridge and Mrs Cooper were very impressed by the work that you did and the many contributions you made during the discussions that took place. I was very pleased to see what you were saying  in the chat facility when I joined your sessions. I thought your suggestions and ideas were so very interesting and engaging. I am looking forward to you working as well and demonstrating as much enthusiasm and pride in your work as you did yesterday when you join us in September. We  will be thinking of you all over the next couples of weeks as you finish primary school and will keep you in our prayers. Remember what I said when we met on Saturday? Although we are your new school, you will always be part of the special family you have been part of whilst in primary school. This is a very special time for you so please make sure you gather as many special memories as you can. Take care and God bless, Mrs Bowen.
