Dear Parents and Carers, as you will know we were most recently inspected by Ofsted on October 12th and 13th. I am delighted to be able to say that we have now received our final report and am at liberty to share with you as members of our wider school community that we have retained our Good judgement. As Head teacher I am exceptionally proud of this outcome not least because it accurately reflects the hard work and endeavour of all, the positive behaviour, attitudes, qualities and characteristics of our students and of course the special nature and ethos of our school as a Catholic school. Over the course of their time with us the Inspection Team make continued mention of the caring nature of our students, the pride they had in and of our school, their determination to succeed and to do well and their positive engagement with all aspects of the school day. Of course and as is to be expected, there are key areas that we must continue to work upon and plans have begun to be drawn together to address these. It would be remiss of me not to take this opportunity to thank you as our Parents and Carers for your contribution to the questionnaire’s published by Osfted prior to the team’s arrival, your many messages of support during the time of inspection and your ongoing support.
