Mental health support guidance

Good afternoon, please find here some hugely useful information in order to support and guide the whole family with mental health.  We know from our work in school just how difficult things have been for some of our community and how much support in this area is valuable to everyone. This guidance is a bundle of information regarding mental health services in the Walsall area. It has a services directory to help you find numbers and contacts of different support groups there are available for a whole host of things.  There is a crisis support section, where you can be signposted to the right level of support and which tells you what to do if someone you know is having a mental health crisis.  There are links to services in the Dudley & Walsall mental health trust team, factsheets to help with a large variety of mental health issues and finally a section to support suicide prevention.  This is just been shared with us and we wanted to share this with you as soon as we could in light of the Easter break and school being closed for the period.  We are here to support and help whenever and whenever we can.

Take care and Happy Easter.
