Please be advised that due to the forecasted rise in temperatures over the coming days, we are amending our dress code from Monday 18th – Wednesday 20th July.
Monday & Tuesday, students in Years 7-10, are encouraged to wear school PE kit – black & red short, polo shirt and trainers with the addition of a hat for outside breaks. Please ensure that your child’s attire adheres to our PE kit dress code on these days – as students may be sent home to change if their attire is inappropriate for school.
Sixth Form students can wear a plain T-shirt, plain shorts and trainers. Cycle or cropped shorts, hoodies, tracksuits/jogging trousers are not to be worn.
On Wednesday 20th July students are invited to participate in non-uniform day for a £1 donation to support our charities over the summer holiday. Please ensure chosen outfits are appropriate for school and therefore should not include any of the following – cycle or cropped shorts, bare shoulders or stomachs, onesies. Sensible footwear only will be allowed so no flip flops or sliders to be worn.
Despite the change in dress code, normal lessons will continue so bags, books and equipment will all be required next week. It is essential, that your child also has a refillable water bottle and labelled sunscreen.
Thank you for your continued support.
