Provisional exam results will be available for collection from the assembly hall between 9.00am and 11.00am on the following dates:
AS/A Level results
Will be available for collection on Thursday 15th August 2019
Will be available for collection on Thursday 22nd August 2019
If you are unable to collect your provisional results in person, you can:
- Supply a stamped addressed envelope to Mrs Rogers, Exams Officer (G84) before the end of term; the envelope size does not need to be bigger than 22cm x 11cm (DL – ordinary letter size).
- Give a letter of authorisation to a named person to collect your results on your behalf. The letter should be given to the person handing out results on the appropriate day.
- For example – I give (name of person) authorisation to collect my certificates on my behalf…
- Please write your name clearly on the letter and sign it.
Exam certificates will be in school by the end of November. If you are not returning to this school in September, please remember to collect your exam certificates from the Exams Officer, either on Awards Evening in December or telephone to advise which date you wish to collect your certificates and they will be made available to you.
Certificates will NOT be posted to you. This is to avoid the high charges by exam boards to replace certificates if they are lost or damaged in the postal system. Someone may collect these on your behalf.
Certificates are only required to be kept in school for 12 months after they are issued. If storage space permits, these may be kept for longer periods of time. You are advised to collect your certificates during the first year just in case this is not possible. The Awards Evening will be organised for December, when you will be able to collect all of your certificates. If you do not attend you must make arrangements to collect your certificates after Christmas.
