On Thursday 13th February, a number of our Year 11 students had the opportunity to see the ground-breaking performance of J.B. Priestley’s ‘An Inspector Calls’ at the Theatre Royal, Nottingham. Directed by Oscar winner Stephen Daldry, the interpretation of the play had the students gripped from start to finish and gave them plenty of food for thought for their upcoming GCSE examination on the text.
A full summary of the day will follow in the next addition of More News, but we would like to say a huge thank you to all of the students involved for their outstanding attitude and behaviour on the day which was complemented by a number of members of the public in the audience.
