Year 11 Easter Revision Sessions

We would like to thank our parents and carers for your ongoing support and encouragement with the wide variety of revision activities that are taking place regularly with our Year 11 students. As we approach the final term of lessons for this very important year group we would ask that you encourage your child to attend and participate in the revision sessions that will be provided during the Easter holidays. As teachers and parents/carers we share a common interest in ensuring and encouraging the best for all our students and in doing so supporting them in achieving their full potential..

Year 7 Parents’ Evening

We look forward to meeting the parents and carers of our Year 7 students at Parents’ Evening on Thursday May 4th. We would encourage as many of you as possible to attend and see this as a most important evening. Across the evening you will have the opportunity to meet with your child’s individual teachers and discuss with them your child’s progress and how best to support them as they make the important move from Year 7 to Year 8.

Spring Serenade

Thursday evening last, March 30th, our school community (staff, students and parents/carers) were treated to a magical evening of Music and Dance courtesy of the Music Department. Students from Years 7 - 13 led the evening delivering fantastic performances both collectively as ensembles and as solo artists and treated us to many an Ed Sheeran number as well as music from Vivaldi, Mozart and much more. It is wonderful to see students and the creative life of our school grow in strength and imagination.

Easter blessings

As we close for Easter I would like to wish as Head teacher on behalf of all staff, students and governors of our school a most holy and restful Easter. It is always good to have time together as a family and so we hope that you will enjoy your time with your loved ones at this most special time of year
