Strike – Tuesday 5th July

Whilst we have some staff who are in the NUT, most of our staff are in other unions, therefore we will be staying open for all our year groups on Tuesday 5th July.

Diocesan Inspection

I am delighted to announce that our inspection has gone really well. Once the results have been through the moderation process I will report to you in full.

It is another huge vote of confidence in our school and shows what hard working and competent staff we are fortunate to have in this school.

The RE Department have received praise for some really excellent teaching and collective worship which is also a real strength of our school.

The inspectors were very complimentary about our students and their exemplary behaviour. I am going to arrange a treat for our year groups, this will be a film and an ice cream.

Very well done to all at St Thomas More Catholic school and to our families for their ongoing support.
