Welcome from the headteacher

Welcome to our school, St Thomas More Catholic School, Willenhall. Our community ethos is based on love of God and love of neighbour, we respect and help each other to be the very best we can. Visitors to our school always remark on how well our students behave and how polite they are. Our teachers work passionately to do their very best for our students academically and pastorally, we are always seeking to further improve. Exams are important but we also seek to provide enrichment opportunities including trips, arts, sporting activities within a framework of continuous spiritual growth.

Who was Thomas More?

Thomas was born in London on the 7th February, 1478. He attended St Anthony’s School in London, one of the best schools of his day, and as a youth served as a Page,

Students celebrate outstanding A-level results

Students are celebrating at St Thomas More Catholic School today after achieving some of the best ever ‘A’ level results at the Willenhall School.

Royal Navy chef gives students practical cooking demonstration

Petty Officer Gavin Brown, a chef in the Royal Navy, came into school on the afternoons of Tuesday 21st June and Thursday 23rd June and made use of the school’s teaching kitchen facilities to carry out demonstrations of a small range of basic dishes.

Warner Bros Studio Tour

On Friday morning a group of Year 7 and Year 8 students had the pleasure of exploring the film sets of Harry Potter at the Warner Brothers Studio Tour in Hertfordshire.

Prom 2016

After a challenging and busy exam period for the Year 11s, they had a chance to celebrate the end of an era by attending their school Prom!
